The Fort Kent Public Library is letting folks know that two library employees have tested positive for COVI
D-19. The individuals are isolating themselves according to CDC guidelines. Persons who have been in contact with library staff in recent weeks should follow the advice of their medical caregiver and respond appropriately to this informa
tion.
As a result, the library will need to adjust the open hours this week and cancel two program events.
This week we
will be open 12-5, Tuesday-Friday. The library will close early on Wednesday, September 29, at 5 p.m. Normally we are open until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. We will also be closed on Saturday, October 1.
We must cance
l the Ask Me Anything - Technical Support session originally scheduled for Wednesday night at 5:30, and we will cancel the Falls Prevention Informational Session
originally set for T
hursday, September 29, 10:00 – 11:00am.
